Power Box is the place where customer matters most. And that's why every guy there is thorough about Batteries functions. It is not like battery shops where shop guys' ignorance make customer suffer. One Battery shop in Mokila, Hyderabad citing Exide company policy denied replacing my battery (under warranty period) in absence of warranty card though I had GST bill. With warry card also, he demanded Rs 800 as handling changes for replacing the battery. One call to Abhishek relieved me of this worry. He promptly got my battery checked and when it didn't get recharged, he same day replaced it for no handling charge. Abhishek takes pleasure in addressing customers' issue promptly and in cost effective manner. I don't think that now I need to see anywhere else for any kind of battery issue after having interacted Abhishek and availed of his services. In my understanding, he's not merely service provider to those who need battery or service, he treats them like good old friend. All in all, mind blowing experience.
